Movement Matters Kinderkinetics

Gross Motor Development for Children

Movement Matters is all about helping children thrive through movement! Kinderkinetics is a specialised paediatric field focused on supporting the overall development of children aged 0 to 13, whether they are typically developing or need extra support. Through fun, structured movement programmes, we help build essential motor skills, coordination, and overall physical well-being. A key part of our approach is enhancing neuro-motor development - strengthening the connection between the brain and body so children can move with confidence, control, and ease.

Our programmes are designed to meet each child’s unique needs, focusing on little moves that lead to big milestones. Through purposeful activities, we develop balance, coordination, strength, and confidence - helping children move, play, and grow.

We are a mobile Kinderkinetics practice based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape.

We bring movement-based learning straight to schools, homes, and communities - making it easy and accessible for every child. Get in touch to find out more or book a session. Let’s help your little one take those little moves toward big milestones together!
